Ellsworth, LLC, is deeply committed to the advancement and welfare of Native communities, a commitment forged through a personal and family history of resilience and survival. The CEO was born in Tuba City on the Navajo Nation, educated in Ganado, St. Michaels, Gallup High School, and eventually, Northern Arizona University. This path wasn’t just a series of moves but a mission in progress, fueled by my family’s enduring strength.
Our Legacy
Ellsworth, LLC carries the legacy of the Navajo spirit, marked by the endurance and courage of its ancestors. This legacy includes the remarkable story of the CEO’s grandfather, a Navajo Code Talker, and extends through his own challenges, including overcoming bullying and addiction. Drawing from these experiences, Michael has dedicated 18 years to government-to-government relations with tribal nations, focusing on community storytelling and communications to reshape the narrative around American Indians in Washington, D.C.
Our Mission
At Ellsworth, LLC, we see ourselves as more than just a supplier—we are catalysts for change. Our mission is to enhance the lives of Native peoples through efficient and responsible government contracting. We specialize in delivering supplies, produce, and services, and we have recently secured multiple contracts with the Indian Health Service and Bureau of Indian Affairs. Our commitment extends beyond mere business transactions.
We actively support Native language and culture camps, promote financial literacy among Native youth, and create workforce pathways in trade skills for our community. Our goal transcends typical staffing solutions. We plan to invest in the community through scholarships, financial literacy programs, healthcare training for young people, and, ultimately, affordable housing development near our health facilities. These initiatives are designed to set us apart and emphasize our dedication to delivering long-term benefits to the communities we serve.

Our work is essential. The absence of our services can lead to unheated classrooms in the winter, under-equipped medical centers, and overpriced, low-quality supplies. We focus on the specific needs of Tribal communities, often overlooked, ensuring that our contributions have a real, positive impact.
