At Ellsworth, we are a reflection of who we are as Native people. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of Indigenous communities from the ground up. We are not here to chase trends or capitalize on fleeting opportunities. We are here to build something lasting, something that honors our values, our relatives, and the deep cultural competency that only comes from continued and long-lasting relationship with our healthcare partners.

Native American-owned businesses are not a new phenomenon, but their impact is often misunderstood or oversimplified. Too often, Indigenous entrepreneurship is framed as a response to economic necessity or a way to “catch up” with mainstream markets. This is personal. I grew up on the reservation in Ganado, Arizona, where the values of kinship, reciprocity, and respect for elders are values that drive our company’s ethos. We are here to serve Our Relatives with the same care and dedication we would offer our own family.
